Delicious Veggies!
My friend gave me this recipe for veggies and thought I'd share it. They are delicious! I made a huge pan of these Sat. and had only one serving as my son ate the rest! Had to make more yesterday - for me! Line a large jelly roll pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Cut up fresh veggies...

I found this out this weekend. All last week (after the initial 2 days the week before of no sweets) I found that I didn't have a problem at all craving sweets, even when hubby sat across the table from me eating a 1280 calorie molten cake! Then came the S days of Sat and Sun. I didn't go overboard ...

You know Shirls, I really believe its a mindset. I can be full up to my neck and a certain time hits, usually around the time I am used to having a sweet snack, and no matter how full I am I crave something sweet. Thats when I pop a menthol drop or have a small glass of milk, tell myself its in my h...

Yes, I get a little irate at those Nutrisystem commercials too! That super skinny young model standing there all smug saying "I used to look like this when I was a size 12, now I'm a size 4!" First off, look at her age. When I was her age I was a size 4 too! As we age our bodies change and we put on...
