My friend gave me this recipe for veggies and thought I'd share it. They are delicious! I made a huge pan of these Sat. and had only one serving as my son ate the rest! Had to make more yesterday - for me! :lol: Line a large jelly roll pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Cut up fresh veggies...

I have only been following this diet for about 6 days now. I knew what my weight was al along so didn't weigh at the stary day. I weighed this morning and the scale said 2 lbs lighter that I have been for MONTHS!! Is this possible in just a week?

I guess I never thought about the Crystal Light feeding the cravings as it is sugar free. From now on I'll just do water with lemon which I like just as well anyway. I just had a bowl of cottage cheese with cut up strawberries and feel satisfied! Yeaaaaa!
