Day 3...well I needed an S day!! But I can honestly say that it was not nearly as bad as an S day as it would have been as a regular day last week! I feel really great about making it through the next 2 days.

Day 2 Success!!!!!!

1st day...success!!!! It felt great to eat a full meal!! It felt great to not think about what I was going to eat all day long. I ate what my family ate...it was great
