Made it through my first day of an extended 4 day weekend with the boys gone....went to Chinese for lunch and, yes, I had a large plate of food....but only 1 large plate. I added special fruit to my plate at dinner time for a treat....thanks to Oolala for that idea and boy did those grapes taste goo...

Great ideas, Oolala! I like the ideas of making a "legal" healthy extra to go with the meal....or just having 1 or 2 S events each day. That gave me some things to think about. I think it will help to decide ahead of time. I do feel very weak though....and I really do not want it to be a free for all.

Thanks for the advice guys. I think I will start trying to add fruit and gradually put smaller portions on the plate. I really don't think I could, at this point, leave food on the plate.
