plain oatmeal (old fashioned)
covered with some granola (flax plus is great)
then handful of nuts (walnuts today)
and handful of dried fruit (dates today)

... usually I do the hot water over it thing, but today I did cold milk, cause it's a heatwave here, and it was awesome!!!

What has worked for me lately when I work 3pm-11pm is

breakfast 9am
lunch 3pm
dinner 9pm
with a latte thrown in there somewhere. (perhaps at your "lunch break")

since your workday appears to be 9-3, you might be able to try the same.

the zone was funny. I ate a lot of vegetarian hotdogs. ww...I still find little bits of paper around the house with lists and points...I was a prisoner of that for off and on 6 years. raw food...if you haven't heard of it, its all uncooked fruit, veggies, and nuts. That's pretty much it. I love nuts...

fruit!

hi all,

summer is here with all the delightful fruit! How do you fit it all on your plate? I am finding myself wishing I could have more room for fruit. how do you get your fruit in, without being hungry because you have a half a plate of berries and half a meal?

does this make sense? :?

love it but gaining

Hi all, I love NOS. I got the book, I said, finally, I have found it! This makes total sense, this is great. I feel so free. No more thinking about food all the time, no more (*%$#) weight watchers. However. I am writing with dismay that I am seriously disappointed with my results so far. I have gai...
