I just had my first S days as well. They were freeing, and I didn't overdo it I don't think. I think they were just how I 'normally' eat (and what keeps me 30# overweight) but steady (no yo yoing). I can see how having more N days would result in an eventual, slowish loss. I do kind of dread tomorro...
