I also just add in whatever fruit I want...whether it be with breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. The peaches at WalMart the other day were calling my name. They smelled up the entire fruit/veggie area. They tasted just as good! I'm in mood for watermelon now...if I could just find a good one!!

Not only is it cheaper for me...but sooo much easier!! I simply go to the outer loop of the sotre and I'm done!! The only inner aisle I need is cereal and frozen meals. Other than that I get milk, meats, and fruit/veggies.

Well...specifically? LOL I am a single girl so I decided that I didn't want to cook for myself even though I know it's easy and I do love to cook. I have always loved lean cuisines (frozen meals). I love salads as well, but hate the diet mentality I get when eating them. However, I like to get salads from Wendy's, McDonalds, and DQ (the grilled chicken salad is wonderful!) and it always feels like a full meal that way.

I drink water all day long. I average about 8-12 cups a day. I do use the Crystal Light To Go Packets. That's about all I drink. I use skim milk on my cereal and drink water the rest of the day. It's working for me!

Hmm..that's interesting that it might fill you up longer. I drink skim milk on my cereal every morning...and I stay full from 6:30 am to 12:30 pm when I am able to eat lunch. I'm not sure I could stomach whole milk after being a skim milk drinker since childhood.

Today was a S-Day and so I had a breakfast burrito for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a chicken sandwich for dinner. I treated myself with a Dairy Queen Brownie Earthquake!

I'm in your same situation. I do not cook and am single. I do good with eating around the same times each day and the same general foods. For breakfast I am a cereal and milk person. For lunch and dinner, I resort to Lean Cuisines and I haven't found one that I don't like yet. This has really helped...
