No Change this week, but still on No s and exercising. Not a surprise, I always plateau and lose slowly, but still happy with this plan.

Week 4

I'm in a holding pattern this week, kept my weight at 168. Was a good No S diet week, I lifted weights and did some aerobic workouts. The weather is beautiful, so I am doing yard work too.

Start: 172 lb - Waist 32 in
Now: 168 lb - Waist 31.25 in

I've just hit my 21 days on my NO S restart, after a 3 yr. hiatus.
Started March 13th, 2011 and 21 days later have lost 4 lbs. (which is great for me, a slow loser)

Count me in as a stressed, bored, sad, happy eater. I use food to deal with everything. My first day back on No S diet really brought this to home, it was such a hard day, I realized I constantly reach for food.
