I use my clothes as a guide and only step on the scale once in a while - no definitive frequency. To me, the number doesn't much matter if I feel good in my clothes.

Welcome daahling!! To answer some of your questions: Pasta is fine. Any food that doesn't contain too much sugar is fine really. Sandwiches are fine. So is bread with butter. He everyone,

It is my 11th day of the No S lifestyle and for the first time so far, I am REALLY craving sugar. I just fixed myself an iced coffee with a little bit of sugar in it but it is definitely not sweet.
