Nine days of success, and all is going well. I am going on a mini vacation this coming Thursday, but I will try to maintain discipline to some degree, as I don't want to put the weight back on that I have lost. I will be on vacation for four days which will involve quite a bit of traveling, so this ...

I maintained my discipline over the weekend, so days seven and eight were successful, and my resolve is getting firmly locked into place. I actually have no desire to eat as much, amazing results for just eight days on the No S Program. The light of success at the end of the tunnel is shining bright...

Yes, San Francisco is a great city to walk in, as there is always something interesting to see. I have what I call my "A" walk and my "B" walk. My "A" walk is a level walk along the Embarcadero with great views of the San Francisco Bay Bridge, and it takes me through Fishermans Wharf from where I ge...

Six days of success! So far, so good, and I feel totally commited to the program. Any urges to not follow my new diet plan are but flashes in my mind that I quickly and easily dismiss. This program rocks! If you want to lose weight, try the program known as No S, If you have failed with other weight...

Thanks, Reinhard for your welcome, and for this fantastic website with its realistic program for losing weight. San Francisco is such a beautiful city and has many fine places with great views that make walking a pleasure, and the distance becomes secondary. Your complete program of a realistic diet...

I really enjoy the exercises in Combat Conditioning. I also do some exercises from Dynamic Tension, The Charles Atlas Course. I take it real easy on doing the neck bridges, though, as I still use hand support. I think it's all in my head, and that in time I will do a full neck bridge. Best regards, ...

Right on, David! This program for free is better than most of the programs on the market, some at very high prices, and this program is very realistic as it encompasses both the diet and exercise aspect of losing weight, and without the nuisance of counting calories or special diets. This program is...

Hi, Deb! Yes, San Francisco is a great place for walking, with many hills, and a great level walk along The Embarcadero through Fishermans Wharf. A few years back, I was in great shape due to the fact that I walked five miles a day. I have to get back into it, so at least I have made a beginning, wi...

I Started To Be An Urban Ranger Today
Today, I walked one and a half miles, which I think is a good start to my new commitment to be an Urban Ranger. The encouragement on this site is amazing, and contributes largely to being successful with the program. Best regards, Bob
