-----I've noticed the extra burn of diagonal bale tucking too, but find it VERY hard to do it stably with the 20 pounder. Reinhard. are you using one hand or two?.. I don't know what this old relic of a railroad sledge weighs, but it has some polar movement because its longer. I use my weak hand to ...

the purina diet
Yesterday I was buying a large bag of Purina dog chow for Athena the wonder dog at Wal-Mart and was about to check out. A woman behind me asked if I had a dog. What did she think I had, an elephant? So since I'm retired, with little to do, on impulse, I told her that no, I didn't have a dog, and th...

Vegemite
Vegemite is a dark brown savoury food paste, made from leftover brewers' yeast extract, a by-product of beer manufacturing, and various vegetable and spice additives. Tick Tocks
Holding the Sledge makes more of this than normal stretching.... you can feel this in the obliques. Using them in the middle of the routine also gives your arms a few seconds to breathe. I never knew 10 pounds could feel so heavy!

Interesting Dream .. I remembered this snippet from " the empire strikes back" Luke was about to enter the cave, wondered if he would need his lightsaber... Luke: There's something not right here... I feel cold. Death. Yoda: That place... is strong with the dark side of the Force. A domain of evil ...

Peter Gabriels SledgeHammer Lyrics

Winnie, I like the Sledgehammer because it works you different.
Different muscles are working, try the sledge with less reps perhaps?
