I eat pretty full plates as I find that I am hungry if I don't. I make sure to include food with lots of fibre, whole wheat pasta instead of white, for example. This really helps.

I've been noticing I see less results when my plate is a plate of food prepared by a restaurant: hidden fat and sugar mostly I think.

Yesterday I went for an hour and half walk, over routes I don't normally take. It was a gorgeous spring like day, and the first where I did not have to wear a jacket, but a sweatshirt sufficed. There is definitely something special about your first Spring walk of the year. *sighs happily*

I've been going through the same sort of anxiety over my Sdays. I went on a serious bender this weekend. I did notice how awful physically I felt, and I suspect that over time I will seek to avoid the feeling of being overfull.

yesterday was a success. I made a giant pot of irish stew and portioned it out into lunch sized portions. I had some today. It's pretty good, although I dropped half of lunch on the floor (I'm gonna be hungry by dinner :/)

adorable. I love rabbits. Actually I pretty much love the rodent family, particularly guinea pigs and capybara. What's a capybara you ask? It's a giant amazonian rodent, world's largest I think. It looks like a massive guinea pig.

I *just* bought a scale last week. I'm going to use it very sparingly. My sister's being trying to encourage me that the scale is necessary, but I'm sorta more stuck on the "I feel better" or "My clothes fit better" barometer.
