Thank you!

Thanks for the comments and opinions regarding how often to weigh. I'm going to try weighing every Saturday and if the weight loss is too slow and/or frustrating me, then I'll adjust and weigh monthly. Rjean, thank you for the encouragement! I really needed it. I do feel this is the best plan for me...

Beginning Weight

My beginning weight is: 176.5 lbs.... I'm really feeling very down this morning. This is the highest I've ever weighed (I'm only 5'4...and a half!), and to think that just 20 years ago when I got married I was around 120 lbs. I've never had children, so it's not baby weight, but I did go throu...

Good first day :)

Well, today was my first day and it went well. I don't usually eat oatmeal, but I decided to try it for breakfast. I couldn't believe how much it filled me up! Now, I was off of work this week for Spring Break (I'm a teacher), so I ended up eating b'fast at around 10:00 am. All I ate was one packet ...

Re: WEIGH IN DAY

Today was my 4 month weight in. I lost 8.2 lbs this month. Total in 4 months = 23.4 lbs I AM ECSTATIC!! PS: Last month I did not lose anything, but my weigh in date fell on a Sunday in the middle of a fun but wild S weekend. This time the weigh in day fell on a Wednesday. I think I actually lost 2-...

Let's try this again!

Okay, I'm back with my tail between my legs (okay, not literally, but you get the idea!). :) I can't believe I once again got off of No-S! I'll tell you why, though. My pants were starting to get snug and when I weighed myself I saw that I hadn't lost any weight. I was afraid I was gaining. So, now ...

Saturday and Sunday were great S-days! I always enjoy the slower pace of Saturdays. It's also the day (yes, *the* day) when I clean house and do the laundry (hey, we don't have any kids!). I used to eat chocolate like it was my job. I love this quote! Too funny! :) Glad you had a green day yesterday r.jean! You know, after waiting until today for the Valentine's candies my students gave me, when I finally did try a few this morning it didn't really rock my world. In fact, I realized ...

Can you imagine yourself putting off that milkshake before No S? No, I can't r.jean!
