I've got to agree with Kodama here. It's not necessarily a good metric for evaluating individuals. But it is a great metric for evaluating populations.

For what it is worth, I like the rubber grip that came integrated into my fiberglass handle. I feel like it improves my grip, so I don't have to use gloves. I think the rubber grip decreases the chances of my dropping the hammer on the "hoist sack" exercise.

I think it is a good idea in theory, not sure about the shipping costs though. Unfortunately, us individuals do not have the economy of scale that Amazon has. So, I'm guessing the shipping would probably be 15 bucks for something odd shaped like a sledge.

My lower back is a bit sore today. Any seasoned warmup/stretching suggestions for pre-shugging.

Just generic toe touches? Sitting or standing toe touches?
