Sat/Sun Exempt

Good news is wt was down 2.5# from Sat a.m. to Sunday a.m. Thought Sat might have been a fluke. Glad I weighed again or would have remained in questioning mode of whether No-S is working for me.

Ran 4 miles on Sat, did 15 min of wts, played 18 hole golf on Sunday.
