mimi 8) Another rainy day here! 138 this morning, purposely went off No S plan yesterday and just did Intuitive Eating, ate what I wanted when I felt like I wanted it. Didn't really eat anything "bad", just didn't stick to the three square meals concept. Feel okay, a little puffy - probably because ...

Sounds like a great lifestyle plan to me, marc. You sure are organized, love all those charts and graphs... Very interesting to know ya, my friend. I've been experimenting with eating more today - taking a purposeful red day. Nothing nutty, just healthy food more often. May have to tweak the system ...

Yeah, slurping or drinking is faster than eating..

I like to stir chocolate syrup and CoolWhip into melting ice cream - any flavor, I'm not picky!

Hey marc, serious question for you. You obviously love to exercise so when you reach your target weight, how will you keep from losing more? I know you won't eat "bad" foods, so will you just try to add more snacks, exercise less or what? I have always felt (in my own experience) that losing was the...

I feel great today - weigh 138, tried to eat more healthy fats yesterday.

Got in all my exercise, drank lots of lime flavored water, slept great.

I feel like this :D

Hope the same for each of my fellow No Sers....

Sadly I haven't developed that habit.

I eat way too fast - I literally could make another meal and eat it by the time my husband finishes his plate.

And yes, he is naturally very lean.

I agree that if one immediately puts the food in containers and puts them in the fridge, it helps.

I do that before I even eat.

It takes a lot more thought process to get the food out of the fridge, rewarm it, etc. than it does to just scoop out some more mashed potatoes!
