I agree, I would just put my salad bowl or salad plate to the side unless it was a huge chef salad or something (which is what I just ate :roll: )

Unless your salad was a "meal", I would assume it was in addition to the plate, just watching the dressing and extras.

Is this a SNACK, a SWEET or a SECOND?

If so, I did not eat it.

As you know, Nicole, I agree with the theory that the body will lose a pound or two, then regain and try to hold on to the higher weight.

If you stay the course, you will reset at a lower weight.

Well, back to 139. It felt good to eat normally again. And you are right, Nicole, weak is not good. I think I was just dizzy from doing so much outdoor work cleaning up from the tornado in the hundred degree heat. All the bending over, etc. is hard on my blood pressure - it has always been very low....
