Super to see that this group is here! I have well over 100lbs to lose, there are unique experiances that come with such a long term weight reduction plan, as well as the dramatic shift of food volume. (for me, at least) I've been no essing for three weeks now--I had my first red day yesterday. Or, l...

This morning I am enjoying a little rubarb microwaved and topped with plain yogurt and honey as well as a home made orange almond bran muffin. Yesterday I had a couple of scrambled eggs, oatmeal with blue berries and a few almonds. Some times I'll just have an apple and a flavored yogurt. And coffee...

Thanks for all your kind welcomes! Funny this is called the grandma diet--This is actually just how my grandma eats! She used to be overweight until she was diagnosed diabetic a decade ago, and, sure enough, getting rid of snacks and sweets helped to regulate her blood sugar and loose 40 pounds. I'm...

Because I don't have to tell everyone I'm using an eating plan! No one ever bat an eye if I turn down chips or cookies or other snacks, but limiting myself to high protein diets or food replacement shakes or transcribing my meals always brings unwanted questions. "Are you on a diet?" And then dinner...

Satisfaction is a good thing
Hi everyone :-) I'm new to this board, and glad to be here. I've started the no S life style, and I got to say I love it! I get hungry between meals, which lays to rest the anxiety I've always felt when spacing out all my nutrients between snacks. I'm only thinking about healthful eating three times...
