I was wondering if someone could clear this up for me. Someone had suggested to stay on 21 days of Vanilla NoS when starting out. Does this mean you don't have S days until those 21 days are over?
Here I am again! I just spent two weeks trying my hardest to do the A***** diet. The scale was beginning to budge faster than normal, but I soon became really tired of eggs! I even tried some new recipes, but this was a lot of trouble! Anyway, I realized once again that it was silly to try to follow...
This is my fourth day back to Nos, and I am really loving it. I love the freedom to enjoy any kind of food I want for my three meals. I've been cooking more for my family, and they are absolutely loving that! This diet is so stress free. This is how I ate growing up. I grew up eating southern cookin...
I never like watching the show because I just couldn't imagine doing that difficult of exercise carrying all that weight. I used to weigh 322 pounds, and that would absolutely kill me to do exercise like they make them do! I have noticed several do gain their weight back. I am very surprised no one ...
I think you did great when you decided that you were going to stop taking all those bites! I have trouble with stopping if I even eat a bite of something I shouldn't! I am also an emotional eater!!
I know little ones can be difficult! Hang in there!!
Hi Everyone! Yesterday was day 2 for me beginning the NoS for me. I was really really hungry last night, and I ended up eating a bowl of cereal. All the snacking I have done in the past is going to be a hard habit for me to break. Does anyone have any suggestions what I can do to fill up better? Eve...
Hi Everyone! I am going back on the NoSdiet because no diet could be any better than this one! I think of what Dr. Phil says to some of the people on his show: "How is that working for you?" Well, I thought about this after another attempt at counting points. It isn't working for me! This is day two...

My mom was the most wonderful cook! She sort of equated love with food. We weren't a real affectionate family. I wished we would have been!
I miss her mashed potatoes all the time!
Thanks everyone! There are many very positive people here on the board! I appreciate all of the replies I get! I need all the help I can get, too!! LOL My mother passed away in November of 2007.. I should dedicate this go 'round to her! The lady who told me to cut back on portions, don't snack, etc....
