I'm in. I had a pretty crummy February, so now it's time to have a better March. I think I want to take the plunge and do all-out Vanilla No S this month. My only modification will be that I will start my S days after 6 PM on Friday and end them at 4 PM on Sunday. I have one NWS day that I know of (...

Wosnes, I'm dealing with that issue, too. I've noticed over the past few days that if I have dessert after lunch, I'm not as hungry for dinner, and if I have it too late after dinner, then I don't sleep well that night. I'm thinking about seeing if I can slowly wean myself off of having to have a de...

I've had that problem with the last two periods, too. I think what you did was fine. My modification with No S is I do allow myself a small portion of dessert each day.
I wouldn't worry about it, if I were you -- especially if you keep it to a small piece. TOM is bad enough as it is.

DonnaO, What are MBTs? Your exercise routine sounds somewhat similar to mine. Like you, I bulk fairly easily, so I do lighter weight workouts, yoga, and pilates for toning. I prefer to do outdoor walking or Leslie Sansone videos for cardio. I find that if I do more intense cardio (biking, higher-int...

I would say to find an exercise you like, and just stick with it. Exercise is SO good for you for so many reasons, and there are so many exercising options to choose from. If you find something you like, then you won't have to worry about doing it for anyone else, and you're more likely to stick wit...

That's very interesting, Reinhard, and it makes sense. I know for me, I can definitely feel my intuition more and more the longer I stick with No S. I'm much more in tune with the foods my body wants and needs, and I'm finding that the foods my body really wants now are healthier things like fruits ...

I take back what I said about that book. I've read a lot more of it since yesterday, and she's actually quite No S-ish in her approach to food. One of the rules in her book is one plate and you're done. She's also very anti-seconds. I'm not finished with the book yet, but her way of eating seems to ...
