No Sweets
How can anyone go 5 days without sweets. I have chocolate everyday and cannot and do not want to ge without it. I would rather eat less calories for dinner so I could have my sweets. I do agree with the snacks. My mother always said that snacking would ruin my appetite. It will be difficult not eati...
