Vicki - thanks for the inspiration! I also am 5'2" and over 50... I quit smoking 2 years ago and gained 20 pounds over the 10/15 I already had in excess... I have tried a lot of diets and just have not been able to get it off and I have good expectations for this... You did great! This way of eating...

I bought The End of Overeating AND The NoSDiet from Amazon at the same time... both are excellent books... both provided me with great information...both arrived in the same box... I was really appalled at how the food service industry figure...
