Welcome! When I first started shoveling, I started with a mop! Then I advanced to a garden shovel. I now have a 7 lb. sledgehammer with a broken handle. The shorter length works for me. I'm not shoveling now, I use those muscles doing heavy garden work.

renew, I tried to make some tiny tiny mods and found myself confused and overwhelmed. I found myself starting to make mods for almost any reason. Thankfully, I caught myself in time. Vanilla No S is what works best for me. Please don't give up. I must say that you have been a real inspiration to me....

Thanks so much for your advice! I'm forceing myself to move more. Thankfully my appetite is still kind of shaky, so overeating isn't a problem.

I also learned to use a timer with FlyLady. I'm still fluttering though. It really is amazing how much one can get done in 15 minutes! I try to combine FlyLady with No S. I set my timer for 15 minutes and trot to each room. I call it home ranging. I get a lot of excersize this way. I hate excersize!

Day 01, Mar 09: Didn't wear pedometer, but home ranged. Scrubbed down the kitchen. Ranged home groceries.

Day 02, Mar 10: Ranged to visit friends. Home ranged. Pedometer 5019 steps. Not bad for a former couch potato!
