I'm in too, vanilla No S and exercise 6 days a week (3 strength/3-4 cardio). I'm tracking S/NS days for diet only and I'll make notes on exercise. I like this idea! I've been no-essing the last few weeks (this time, anyway), and last weekend I don't want to eat as much as usual. I hope it's just a short step to eating only when I really want to eat on S-days.

Hello! I followed no S successfully a couple years ago, but abandoned it and regained the weight. My goals for July are vanilla no S and 5 days of exercise a week.
