I'm sure it would be just fine for you. To a certain degree, you can't fight your body type (short people can't be tall, and tall people can't be short), so I wouldn't worry too much about whether a particular exercise is "optimal" for your body type. Good exercise is infinitely better than no exerc...

Somewhere on this forum someone once made the observation that I find critical to NoS - a variety of foods at each meal. A meal must have at least four different things in small portions. My target audience are mostly geeks): 12 Week Programs and the Problem It is possible to hit the gym with Mjollnir-like intensity and get great results. Eat clean, exercise with weights and cardio 4...

I think the idea of S days is to give yourself a little leeway, so you can have that sweet you've been craving, or a second serving of something really good, or a couple of pretzels for a snack if you've been doing housework. Plan desert for a meal or two (or three) and there's your sweets. Have a s...

Exercising after 10 o'clock is difficult. I wouldn't call that lazy. And good for you about resisting restaurant food! Wednesday, SUCCESS! I didn't get home until after 10 so didn't do my exercise. I sort of anticipated it so I should have done it in the morning, but was being lazy and didn't. I wil...

I hate you (well, envy you, really). I haven't had good soda bread since my Gran' passed twenty-some years ago. Made my soda breads today and have had 2 pieces slathered in butter (and real butter too!) already! But then all of my grandparents were from Ireland and I knew them all and we have always...

One way I trimmed my pre-meal snacking is by putting the smallest quantity of the snack that I could in my mouth (one corn chip, one bitty pretzel), eating it slowly, and waiting until its flavor (salt, mostly) entirely cleared before I ate another. You guys will get the hang of it. It just takes a ...
