Day 6 - Sunday

Getting bored with logging my meals so I'm going to post successes and failures (though I'm not keep on that particular f-word). Anyhoo, Sunday was ok, with 3 structured meals and a few snacky bits and bobs.

I've done No S before and joined this forum a few years ago originally, but previously never stuck to it long enough for it to become habit (despite my clothes feeling looser every time I tried). Day 5 (S Day)

An unbelievable 7lbs down since Tuesday! However, I think I'll stop the regular weighing in because obviously I cannot maintain this rapid loss and don't want to dishearten myself when the scales slow down (which is probably from now on). I think this massively illustrates how my weight gain is down...

Haha! He's peeping! I probably had food. His ears are sometimes up sometimes down and sometimes one of each! He's half collie, quarter lab and quarter rottie so goodness knows what they'll do eventually (he's only 5 months old).

Feeling very pleased with myself today! I'm trying to listen to my natural appetite and stop the all-day-long grazing that has been my habit for such a long time. I know this works and makes such total sense. And I think the daily check in is a great idea!

If I eat breakfast I feel hungry again before lunch. If I don't eat breakfast my natural hunger usually lets me know I'm hungry around lunchtime. On the times I do eat breakfast I usually have to force it down so I just don't bother with it the vast majority of time.
