I fear that the show is more could possibly be more of a discouragement, especially for the morbidly obese, even more so if they can't exercise for whatever reason. I imagine many watch it and think they could never eat that way or exercise like that so they give up before even trying. Sad. :(

Welcome! I'm fairly new myself and in regards to normal this is a snip from my intro post -
I just have to say how much I love this. When I was eating breakfast on Monday it was so amazingly normal really I don't think I can truly put how I felt into words.

I didn't even try to talk myself out of that slice of fresh hot bread and butter. Should of had it come out of the oven at dinner or lunch time. :D

Thanks all! Still no baby yet, 38 weeks pregnant. I'm really proud that I was able to only gain about 24-25 lbs. It was my goal, but I wasn't sure if a) I could do it or b) if my body would allow me to do it. You hear so much about people eating healthy but their body gaining a lot of weight anyway...
