The National Guard is there, also the Coast Guard, and some other departments. Slidell was hit hard, I have heard.

We lived for a year near Baton Rouge (our son was born there), and another year in Lafayette, so it is hard to watch all this on the news.

I am doing Shovelglove every other day, so maybe I will try the push-ups on alternate days. I will begin tomorrow with 20, and then add one each day that I do them. I will stop if my shoulder starts hurting -- old injury that I don't want to aggravate.

How do I get my text to show up in color? I did it once, a while back, but can't seem to get it to work for me again. I see the "Font Color" drop-down above...what do I do with it?
