Queencushion's check in
This is my very first check in so am not completely sure how I do it but need to have some accountability so wanted to get on here. Thing is, today has been a big fat FAIL day and I so didn't like seeing that red square on my habitcal, particularly as I'm new here! What happened to beginner's enthus...

can you/should you/do you really eat anything on an S day?
I'm new - and this is my first S day after a run of TWO WHOLE no-S days!! My question is this - do you throw all caution to the wind on S days? Do you snack, have seconds and have sweets? My inclination would be to graze all day and not worry about sweet things - I've never been a great one for seco...

kid's leftovers....
OK so I'm very very new to this - only started last week! So I hardly feel qualifed to post on this board but I'm an inquisitive sort so I'll go for it! I have had two whole No-S days and wanted to share the good feelings I had from NOT eating the kid's leftovers. They ALWAYS leave at least a spoonf...

I'm in Oxfordshire. V jealous of you not having a sweet tooth. Chocolate is my biggest downfall... Is it because I'm a girl? Day one has not been perfect. Half term and cooking with the kids: incredible what unconscious hand mouth action goes on during baking sessions. I need to be more mindful. Sti...

New here
So kind of you to give me such good advice! My kids are 9, 11 and 14 so old enough to observe and learn good habits themselves.. Ok am going to dive in and start today. Then I just have 2 days until my s days.I'll keep you posted.. Perhaps there is a 'newbie' thread somewhere here? I love the idea o...

I'm new here and want to start....
...so what am I waiting for? Thing is, I've spent so much of my adult life (am now 45) 'about to start' on a diet that I always make excuses and head for the biscuit tin until tomorrow. This seems like such a non threatening 'diet' (and actually how my mum taught me to eat: shame I 'forgot' it all) ...

I like the ideas behind the nos diet and am keen to give it a go. With lent coming up I have a perfect time to ingrain some new habits that I desperately need to learn (again: at age 45!!) Just wondered if there were any nos diet Brits out there?
