I think its important to' remind myself its not a destination but a process with no start or end, when I fall into traps lime you described I often say screw it ill start tomorrow and go gangbusters. Jeep putting one foto in fro t of the other.

Another red day but not a complete disaster. A few bites of the chocolate and a doughnut my DH bought home. sometimes when I mess up my attitude is..."well I already messed up so might as well go nuts." so I did not do that.

Welcome!!! I think this is a good solution for gluttony myself and even through pregnancy. My ob is an older man and he suggested to eat three large meals during my pregnancy and it worked for me. through all four I usually gained only twenty pounds. My problem is after they are born!!! :roll:
