I don't always do coffee, but I definitely use caffeine to stop hunger. And yep! You're totally right. Sometimes it goes away after 30 minutes.

Good luck with testing out not logging your food! Longer term, it makes sense to get to a place where we don't have to do that anymore, unless we notice weight creep. Sounds like a good plan. You could add ankle weights or weighted vest in time 😁 to your runs and walks.
