I've had green days for 5/7 days, so I'm getting there. I really love this way of eating and knowing I can have a sweet with any meal I like. I know I'll need to reduce the amount I'm eating eventually, but I'll get there. Habit first.

I've lived in the south my whole life. Some southern things are still icky to me even though I've lived here my whole life. I can't stand coleslaw or potato salad (despite potatoes being my favorite food). I refuse deviled eggs, etc. But biscuits? I'm ALWAYS in the mood for biscuits, lolol.

Sleep is an unsung hero for sure. I always work hard to keep my sleep schedule consistent. I used to battle chronic, AWFUL insomnia. I had to change everything about how I approached sleep. Now most nights I sleep like a baby. I hope you can get some good sleep tonight!
