I don't do any kind of intermittent fasting. I usually eat breakfast at 8am, lunch at 12pm, and dinner at 6pm.

I would have said the same a few years ago but found them surprisingly easy to give up. Jx Because of my orthorexia struggles, I allow all foods within my frame of eating, but I feel tempted a lot to cut out whole food groups (which is why I can't, haha. I know it would be for the wrong reasons). T...

I've had green days for 5/7 days, so I'm getting there. I really love this way of eating and knowing I can have a sweet with any meal I like. I know I'll need to reduce the amount I'm eating eventually, but I'll get there. Habit first.

I've lived in the south my whole life. Some southern things are still icky to me even though I've lived here my whole life. I can't stand coleslaw or potato salad (despite potatoes being my favorite food). I refuse deviled eggs, etc. But biscuits? I'm ALWAYS in the mood for biscuits, lolol.
