Do you plan your treats for S-days?

Do you think ahead about what indulgence you will have on your S-days? Or do you avoid thinking about it until the day comes?

I think you did well. I actually often eat my breakfast in the car. It is the hardest meal to get myself to sit for because I feel I should be getting ready or doing housework I didn't get to the night before. But on the freeway, I can take my time, chew, and enjoy the morning light. But the questi...

Thanks koopa We did go to one last week that is about 5 minutes from home. It is nice but secluded because the walking trail goes through the woods. So I didn't feel so comfortable with that one. I will have to peruse the area to see if we have one that is close by and not so secluded. I'll let him ...

What about going to a park to walk, as opposed to walking to a specific destination? I drive 15 minutes to the park that I UR at. You can also walk on your lunch break. You still get the same benefits without needing to sack your car :) I only work four hours in the evenings so I don't get a break....

Okay, I tried this with breakfast. It was really hard and I finished in 20 minutes. I had a few small cocktail sausage links, one slice of sprouted grain toast, one scrambled egg, and one small cup of coffee.

I did chew everything very well and took small sips of coffee.

Being overweight is healthy?

I've been reading articles that discuss how being in the overweight category for your BMI (25-30) is not unhealthy. Then why do we (especially women) want to fit a size 0? I am short (5'2) but even at 140 lbs I looked really nice and could fit a size 8/10. I think that if I can get there and have so...
