So I've finished 14 weeks of fitness routine and am still going strong and loving it more every day! I've started having a problem though. I'm working out hard for a full hour and by the time I shower, change and get back in the car I am STARVING! In fact twice I've gotten so hungry that by the time...

Just finished Week 6 and still going strong! In fact I'm loving my new routine so much I'm feeling sad that I won't be able to go on Monday this next week. Yesterday I got to the end of my 10 pool lengths (20yds each way) and thought, "Hey, I think I can do another set" and I did, then I still felt ...

I've now completed 3 weeks of a regular exercise program! On Mon, Wed and Fridays I've been going to our local pool/gym to walk on the machines and swim laps. A blog I follow (which has great recipes and writing) follow a young girl who has lost over 125 pounds. She did it the slow and hard way. Eating less. I love her posts.
