How long have you been at it, alice? Have you ever opted not to have the sweet (since it's not actually required on S days to have an S)? Oolala, I have been doing the tweak for only about a month now, but I have been doing Vanilla on and off for a couple of years. I always seem to come back to No-...

I used to do just Vanilla No-S but I found that mid-week I'd end up having a fail because I find it hard to go without something sweet for 5 days. I also don't care much for snacking or having seconds - one plate is enough for me at meals, but I do like sweets. So I have changed the S-Days to fit in...

Thinking of dropping an S rule! (No sweets)
I am having a compliance problem! I've gotten into a bad habit of having an extra s day every week (a fail day). Every time Monday comes around I think 'oh no, 5 'n' days in a row coming up! How will I survive'. Pretty pathetic, I know. The snacking isn't really a problem, I enjoy eating at meal tim...

Is skipping meals against the No S rules?
I don't mean PLANNING to skip meals to speed up weight loss or anything. I mean if you have a busy evening and don't make time for dinner on any given day, or wake up late which makes 3 meals not necessary, or are not hungry at lunch or breakfast one day etc.

Social situations don't allow ONE PHYSICAL BOWL!
I've been consistantly no-sing for almost 2 months (with a couple of fails), although I have made the 'no seconds' rule not always apply... or at least do a lot of 'virtual plating' and here is why: Eating out a lot (due to my work situation and having no fridge or microwave at work for lunch as wel...

Help! Virtual plating all the time!
I recently moved to China and we eat out at restaurants everyday because it isn't very expensive. However, it is very common that you get a tiny little bowl and serve yourself bits at a time... rarely a whole meal in one bowl. Or I may get a small rice bowl, and a stir fry plate. I put everything on...

What about beverages?
What about beverages - juice, tea, coffee etc? I usually only have juice occassionally. Sometimes I make green juice for breakfast (not often), is that counted as one bowl/meal, or are beverages just that?
