Hi -- this is my first post here.... (shout out to JS if she's reading). I need to lose quite a bit of weight. I've "dieted" myself up to quite a bit. Throw quitting smoking in the mix and a few pounds trickling on each year (for 10 years) and it's time for some effective changes. Glad to come acros...
