the no s diet is boring... What do you find boring about it? The thing I like most about it is that I can have whatever I want for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so long as it's one platefull. Re: high satiety foods. I just got back from a work trip and nearly every morning at the breakfast buffet I helped myself to scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast. That combination saw me right through 'til lunchtime, but unfortunately I can't afford to eat smoked salmon every day at home! :D Ba...

I would choose coffee. I usually drink tea, but I would drink coffee if I felt really hungry as it is something different from my normal routine, so my brain would register that I've consumed it (not just drinking tea on autopilot) and I would feel more satisfied. That's my theory, anyway. Not tried...
