Been busy for a bit and have not posted but the last two days were failures. I snacked some after breakfast. last night I snacked before dinner. having a hard time keeping N days green
I am having a hard time keeping my N Days really green. I don't know if it is because I am not "going crazy" on S days or what? I will keep trying though. Any suggestions?
