Things are looking good for my goal of losing 5 lbs this month. Monday night, I weighed-in at 185.2. That's about 1.25 lbs less than the previous week. I'm definitely not starving myself. Just reducing my caloric intake by a smidgen. I also still feel quite a bit more energetic.

They're like pickles, except instead of cucumbers they're green beans! Also, okra is tasty this way too. Basically, you just make a brine with water, vinegar and salt then can beans, dill, garlic and a hot pepper if you want. I'll let you know how they turn out.

Another possibility is to shave your underarms. I knew of one guy who was a mason by trade - a lot of sweating there. He shaved his underarms to reduce the places for the stinky bacteria to grow. It's not the sweat that stinks, it's bacteria poop (more or less.)

The main reason I first started the NoS lifestyle was b/c I'd eat two candy bars in the afternoon every day -- after some expensive coffee of course! So, by not eating the candy bars, I know I saved $1.50 a day. That's about $375 per year just for my afternoon $nicker$.
