Day 3

Day 3 was a success I had to do some virtual plating today because the salad dish had a huge bottom and not a lot of room inside it. I had to put it on the side unless I wanted lettuce for dinner. I would have looked weird rejecting the artistic bowl to put lettuce on my plate. I left a spot where t...

I've been going through some upsetting conversations this week too, and sometimes I have been successful not medicating with food and sometimes not - but it's about getting better at this over time, right? Hang in there and have a great Friday! Yes, no one is perfect, even if it feels like we shoul...

I think that the whole exercise as a punishment for eating is a way to hate both activities. I would focus on the last part of what you said- you feel blah because you aren't moving. Exercise is a positive way to feel better! That helps me anyway. Using it as punishment gets me into a bad cycle. I d...

Re: GREEN

Good job sarahkay! I love the Hunger Games. I still have yet to see the movie! Today is GREEN !!! I really wanted to make a mental note of something that happened today. It was around 4:00 in the afternoon, and I brought my mom a subway sandwich because she forgot to bring a lunch (well, dinner). It...

Thanks sarahkay. The conversation was more of a reward than food could ever be.

Day 2- Success

Day 2 Success

Similar food as yesterday, except I had a tuna sandwich instead of an egg sandwich.
In the middle of an upsetting argument. Feeling a mixture of hunger and stomache upset. I normally would be triggered to binge, but I am choosing to talk to a supporting friend instead.

Day 3- Success?

I will count today as a Success . The only thing I am concerned about is the large amount of beverages (non-alcoholic) in which I consumed. Would they count as illegal snacks? I am afraid I went overboard. For now, I will not worry about them as compliance to No S is my number 1 goal, and having my ...

No confession needed! I'm back to after more than just one try at this. Warmed milk with a chai tea bag! Brilliant! Definitely going to try that. Good luck and much success! Thank you Laura! I'm suprised that you think it's brilliant and not weird. I love it though! Thanks for the encouragement! =)

I will confess, this is the second time I have tried the No-S diet. However, before I added so many mods in a way that was only counterproductive. This time, I'm doing it vanilla with a two drink glass ceiling limit. I weighed once today at 130, and will weigh again when the 21 day challenge is up. ...
