SUCCESS

BREAKFAST: 1 x buttered toast and marmite, grapes

LUNCH: 1 x bread and marmite, grapes

DINNER: pasta with a tomato based sauce (V. small portion)

Still ill and felt sick today so that's why the food is a bit boring!

Hi Jonas, glad you had fun at the garden party :) Yes you're right about the S days, shouldn't worry about them so much... I did notice how odd it felt to snack, which has got to be a good thing. I've promised the kids that we'll bake a cake this weekend... I've also bought a chocolate pudding with custard and a bar of Swiss milk chocolate... have to close my eyes every time I open the fridge LOL!

SUCCESS

BREAKFAST: 2 x buttered toast and marmite

LUNCH: pasta with tomato based sauce

DINNER: cheese and onion quiche with salad, coleslaw, beetroot and cous cous.

Am really really looking forward to my chocolate sponge pudding and custard this weekend.... can't stop thinking about it LOL!
