ps.. Ok since I am starting this new No Scale stepping HabitCal today, I will make Sundays my official weigh in day from now on instead of Mondays. I am glad I'm doing this because, daily scale stepping is really frustrating and a bad weigh in can really mess up my mood, and is just distracting from...

Daily "No Scale Stepping" Habit Cal

I'm just reposting this from my own daily check in thread as it is somewhat fit for a general discussion.. I was sick all week till today with a virus, so there's been no exercise. I really haven't taken a lot of liberties with extra S's, aside from half a small frozen drink at Dunkin Donuts on my w...

I was sick all week till today with a virus, so there's been no exercise. I really haven't taken a lot of liberties with extra S's, aside from half a small frozen drink at Dunkin Donuts on my worst day (still proud I threw out half of it yay me!!) and therefore, I have thankfully, not gained anythin...

I am doing really well this week and have had all green days for NoS and no night time eating.. I had one failure, and two S days for exercise. The first was on the first day of my period last week, which was very heavy, and the second was for yesterday when I woke with a migraine which lasted all d...

Thanks Marc, I'm one of those people who starts shaking after a few seconds, but that's cos I'm 240 lbs and haven't done abdominal exercises for years, and planks are hard!!! But I am tired of having a 42 inch stomach, and a back that often feels tight and weak as a result of slack abs.. I'm really ...

Hey Marc, I just wanted to congratulate you on how well you have been doing :) Also, I came by to ask you about planks, and I see you have been doing fantastically with them! I tried to do them last year when Richie was doing them in school as part of his cross country track and field team training,...

good luck with this! i think that when you have a failure, and then think, "well if i failed why not just give up all together and eat whatever and however much now, that i want" is a kind of "self punishment" really... not just "giving in"... you don't wanna punish yourself.. if you have a failure,...

My one year testimonial for NoS 2009-2010

Testimonial time!!! I'm very excited and figured that this was testimonial page worthy :) I started NoS years ago, and had a lot of success with it, but then I had a setback for a few years and unfortunately gained back almost all that I lost. So I recommitted to it about 16 months ago, and started ...
