Re: Linda's daily check-in

Octavia thank you for your thoughtful response and that’s a nice positive spin on everything. Well I can’t speak for others, I can say that for me it wasn’t only not working for me anymore but leading to very unhealthy, disordered behaviors. I see these same behaviors are rampant on the IF boards so...

Re: automated eating tracker

Great post! Really impressed with all your movement today. My friend in seattle posted a picture of her dog on the sled with them going down the hill and looking like he was thoroughly enjoying it too. So cute. Smoothies tend to make me hungier than normal later on. Im with you on cake. It has to be...

Yes you can underdo it with the salt and it’ll definitely give uou a headache. Glad you figured it out. A lot of IFers put a little pink Himalayan salt in their coffee/tea to help with this.

Looks like you’re doing great otherwise. Your weight is at an all time low too- wow! Happy for you!

I’m guessing maintenance feels different for us IFers because there’s so many different IF schedules to choose from whereas NoS is NoS maintenance or not. I like 19/5 though too. It’s short enough to get Appetite Correction but long enough to be relatively easy and, therefore, sustainable. You...
