The daily weighing is also driving me crazy. I think focusing on the habits and trusting the process is a great plan. For the first year of NoS that’s pretty much what I did. I had a lot of piled plates and just did whatever it took to stick to 3 plates. Anyway, you got this!

Re: Linda's daily check-in
Doing better and just committing to a 16/8 or more. Feeling much more relaxed about my eating and subsequently my weight is going down a bit. This current crisis is all so surreal. Trying to take news breaks but hard not getting sucked into it all. Hard not to worry. Doc is going to be at high risk ...

Crazy time isn’t it? Im doing my best to stay home too. Only going out for essentials in the meantime others are hanging out in crowded bars. I hope we get this under control soon.
Glad you have water again though—yay!

Okay that was a dumb idea. 😊 I really like being able to eat everyday so just think I will fast as long as i can each day & keep my window as short as possible but ill do at least a 16/8. I guess a set plan just does not work well for me. I am trying to cut back on sugar and booze as well as increas...

Glad things seem to be stabilizing. Be happy you’re not on fb. It’s scaring the cr*p out of me. So glad the pups are doing well! I can remember a lot more corrections from tikka (our big dog) towards tessa in the beginning and now it’s quite rare. Funnily they are the same age but tessa is a bit socially awkward with other dogs meaning she’s not good at reading them. I walk both of them with r...
