I’m so sorry you are having such a rough time. It seems very unfair considering how much work you put into to everything. That must feel really frustrating to say the least. Yay! That’s fantastic! Staying off the scales is great. I’ve been back to weighing daily. I don’t know if it’s a good idea or not but using the Happy Scale app helps a lot. It gives you a moving average and shows you how much you’re losing a week (on average). You put in a weekly goal and you can se...

Glad things are going so well. Wish I could say the same. I think you’re smart not to tweak too much. I used to put a piece of fruit on my plate with my other food just to make sure it all fit in one plate. Then I’d take it off and eat it directly afterwards.

Thanks Octavia, we’ve been getting along really well. Doc put her lock back on with the understanding that she needs to open it when asked to. It’s just a very simple lock so easy to pick if needed but I don’t think that’ll happen again. Auto: funny how everyone seems to have their own triggers for ...

Seems like you’re learning to get just the right balance with the whole eating/food thing. It’s so nice when we get into a good groove and find that sweet spot. In the book I’m reading it talks about how sugar just created a continued cycle of craving/giving into craving/more cravings. I can see how...

Wow, that’s exciting about the move! We moved about eight years ago because we were outgrowing our house and I’m so glad we did. Best move ever. We were underwater with our old house so decided to rent it out instead of selling it. The whole thing was very stressful but so glad we did that too as it...
