Re: WINhappy's Check-in Thread

Hi Win! I’m restarting to although I’ve been off track for much longer. I like your plan. Whenever I’m feeling very overwhelmed (which is often), I like to break things down to the smallest units possible so I can get some wins and build off of that. Does seem much less overwhelming! Hope your day g...

Thank you WIN! Just wanted to pop in and see how everyone was doing. Haven’t been doing NoS. Luckily I haven’t gained a lot of weight but eating feels all over the place. I was wondering if it would help if you charged a small fee for access to the boards? I pay for podcasts , news subscriptions, etc so i wouldn’t mind paying for this as well.

Just a thought as i feel like you’ve put so much into this board without compensation.

Re: Octavia is finally checking in!

No need to feel like an imposter. I haven’t done true nos in ages but everyone has been super supportive of my journey. I think what you’re doing sounds perfect. Slow little changes that feel good over time. Sounds like the spirit of nos to me!💜

Re: Pinkhippies daily check in

Yeah the no snacking thing is so important. I do not know when to stop eating if I’m not hungry when I start. I eat much less in fact when I’m truly hungry for my meal. I guess it’s because I never reach satisfaction from eating when not totally hungry so I keep eating to try to satisfy it. Funnily,...

So sorry you’re still struggling with the hunger issues. I can’t imagine how much that much suck. It’s kinda like those ppl that have lost their taste and smell with covid. Taking those simple pleasures away sound really rough to me.

Best of luck with your new strategies!
