I notice that if I get out of the habit of having a snack at a certain time of day, then over time, feelings of hunger at that time of day seem to diminish. Re: automated eating tracker

Thanks Linda and Jen. I ate weird stuff at odd times over the weekend. And last week, I truly didn't want to eat any protein. I find that interesting from a biology perspective. So here I am at Monday, March 15th. Today is HappyHerder's 5th birthday and my parents' 58th wedding anniversary. 131.0 Ea...

Re: automated eating tracker

Linda - this thread has always been enjoyable for me, for sure - probably why I've stuck with it so long! I just seem to be in a season where I have my days filled with lots of other good things that are serving a similar sort of introspective purpose as this thread does for me. I'm already annoyed ...

Have fun with the boat! You are encouraging me to take the plunge and spend a ton of money on our summer trip. It's nothing crazy wild, but we want to go to Silverwood Theme Park (Idaho) for 2-3 days, and stay in a fun hotel. For 4 of us, that will be a hefty bill. Plus, I will need to board the dog...

Ah thanks Soprano. I finally forced myself back on here this morning! I have been eating too much this week, that's for sure, but I also feel bad when I don't comment on everyone's threads!! I feel like I'm not supporting others enough. So, crazy human that I am, I think I procrastinated opening up ...

Pinkie - I buy salmon burgers at Costco! Easy peasy! The kids basically consider them like hamburgers, so it's a nice way to get their Omega-3's up. Tuna melts are another way to get the kids eating fish, which I consider brain and mood food! At first they didn't like the tuna melts, so I basically ...

Pinkie - I used quads (old-school) growing up, then switched to roller blades in college, and just very recently (like last October!) bought my first pair of quads.
