Re: Sammybunny's Check In

Welcome back Sammybunny! I’m right there with you. Joined in 2013 and have never stayed on no s for more than a day or two, always lured off by the flashy promises of other diets. Ready to commit to the sanity of no s! We can do this!!

Re: automated eating tracker

I would just like to say that I am in awe of how you can identify and process your emotions and of your personal development journey as a whole. It is so beneficial to know yourself that well and so many (myself included) really struggle with that. Your courage and honesty are admirable and I’m send...

Re: Linda's daily check-in

I can totally relate to your observations on IE and IF as I have had similar experiences with them myself (although I never really lost much weight with IF or gained much with IE - I’m really stuck at this weight  ). No S does seem like a sane, balanced approach and I am looking forward to giv...

Thank you for the welcome auto and soprano! Auto- Oh how I wish I had stuck with No S like you have when I first joined in 2013! Your journey is very encouraging and I appreciate the wisdom you have shared along the way! Now to try and apply some of it to my own situation.... Yesterday was a red day...

Jennie’s daily check in

Hello! My name is Jennie and I have started No S more times than I can count, but never made it past a day or two even though it really makes so much sense and seems so do-able and sane. Generally, I quit because I talk myself into another diet (usually intuitive eating or intermittent fasting, but ...

Have attempted No S several times in the past, but never made it past a day or two. It seems I always talk myself out of it to try a more drastic plan. The latest was IF which just ultimately seemed to lead to my eating being even more out of control. I’ve never posted here before, but I love read...
