Hi, I am no expert for the No S diet, but I did try intuitive eating for a while. I found myself thinking about food all the time. I couldn't trust myself. They say that eventually you will not want to eat sweets and junk food, but that was not the case for me. I would have lived on those foods. I a...

Today was the first No S day. I enjoyed eating this past weekend, but I was apprehensive about today. Just had feelings of doubt. Not sure if I could do it. I did have moments when I wanted to give in and have a sweet. But I kept telling myself that I wanted/needed real food. I drank lots of water a...

Thanks for welcoming me. I definitely had fun these last two days. I was beginning to over think this at one point though. I had to stop myself. Keeping things simple has always been an issue for me. Tomorrow I will have to keep reminding myself that all I have to do is eat. Don't count, track, worr...

Ready to go

Hi everyone. I have been looking around this board off and on for a few years. A couple days ago I promised myself I would make a change after Thanksgiving. Today, I am going to put a plan on paper and tomorrow I will begin. I only have one life and I have made many mistakes in it. One problem area ...
