Hello Reinhard!
My fruits after dinner might be a bit of a dessert. I LOVE apples/bananas with peanutbutter.
And also ANY fruit tastes great with honey drizzled over!
So its kind of more like a little healthy sweet tooth fix than just fruit for vitamins. =P

Still new, already made modifications
I'm pretty good with NoS already. Actually I've been doing it for a while, although not strictly. And I didn't add a noSweets. I just didn't snack before (I have tea and coffee as "snacks"), and I never go back for seconds anyhow, because if I eat right my meals are satisfying. Anyway. My mods are q...

Yeah, for me personally I don't think the plate-thing would be a problem. See, I didn't exactly gain weight because of my actual food portions...here's why I did: I drank too much soda/fruit juice and too little water. I snacked on a lot of candy. I didn't exercise. I drank 5 sugars and half a cup o...

Leana088's Daily Check-in

I think perhaps I will just change from low fat/fat free everything to regular full fat during maintenance. And change my plate size. My current plate is 18cm, I will change to a 20cm one in maintenance. It doesn't sound like much difference but it is. Perhaps add a fruit in after every meal as "des...

NoS in Maintenance?
I'm wondering if any of you do NoS while maintaining weight?
What are the differences between your weight loss and maintenance diet then?

Hello there...!
I'm a newbie to noS. It seems to make sense for me. I wanted to try this because I've been counting calories for a long time, and I need to get off that. It's getting a bit OCD-ish for me. I'm also eating the same basic meals each day, apart from starting NoS. They're not exactly the same, but made ...
