Hi Automated. I never heard about the "followed by an overproduction" part. What I've read is that when we don't have enough stomach acid, we don't digest our food well -- and the pressure from the poorly digested food causes some of the stomach contents to back up into the esophagus. Since there sh...

We get so little snow where I live that shoveling is fun. Plus I have very helpful neighbors when it comes to clearing away snow.

I do understand that dog walks are much pleasanter with warmer weather.

Good to see your week continuing green. 8)

We are? How fun!

Yes, my furnace has been busy. :)

I love snow. It's a treat that we are likely to get some overnight.

I don't know if it's a consolation, but I've never found anything as easy to get a thrill from as eating sweets. And the desire hasn't gone completely away. I know some people claim the desire has been lifted, but I wonder. Does it really go away, or are they just better at coping with it? Thankful...

That's a GREAT point, Kate. By eating that whole plate in one sitting, I REALLY knew what I was eating.

Love this plan.

Sounds like you're doing well. Some people ramp up by doing just one No-S until they're rock solid with that, then they add the second No-S to the mix.

You may be doing something like that without doing it on purpose.

I've noticed that I rarely have snacks on S days. Not by design, just by (new) habit.
