Sounds delicious! At a restaurant nearby, they put a couple drops of sambal oelek on their avocado toast. It is so good! When I don't want it that spicy, I'll even just do a pinch of seasoned salt on it. It's amazing how something so simple can be so delicious.

Agreed, smoothies are great meals! We have smoothies and a side for lunch on most weekends.

If you're doing No S Vanilla, you probably should avoid it. Just have a glass of juice if you need it, and slowly wean yourself off of it, going up the totem pole of No S drink preferences.

We have oatmeal, fresh fruit, and some oatmeal toppers like ground flax, and hemp and chia seeds both at home and at the office now. So by default my oatmeal is: ~1.5c cooked oats, a healthy topper, one serving of fresh fruit, and unsweetened soy milk.

I'll call it oatmeal #1 for brevity from now on.

Oh, and I do *not* like guacamole on scrambled eggs. Cold guacamole, warm eggs, similar chunky texture. It was never off-putting until today. 🙃

I've been using a pretty un-junky Stevia based water enhancer. You can get them with added fiber too. This helps me drink a lot more water since the flavor is actually good, and the ones with added fiber help curb my appetite near mealtime if I can remember to drink them before.
